Waterloo Region’s first residential cancer hospice, Lisaard House, provides care free of charge for individuals facing a limited life expectancy.
Lisaard House is committed to helping people dying of cancer to live the life remaining to them as fully as possible and easing the challenges facing their loved ones. 
Innisfree House, Waterloo Regions second residential hospice, is now open! Innisfree House is operated by the Lisaard House Charity, managed by the same administrative/management team and board of directors. 
Innisfree House is committed to offering the same excellence in hospice palliative care, at no charge, that Lisaard's reputation is built on and is open to people facing any end-of-life disease.

Registration is now open for the 6th Annual Hike for Hospice for Lisaard House and Innisfree House!

HOSPICE PARTNERS WITH CONESTOGA COLLEGE ON PALLIATIVE CARE PROGRAMS
 Lisaard House has partnered with Conestoga College to create specialized training programs in palliative care as it prepares to open a new residential hospice in Kitchener this summer.
CONSTRUCTION STARTED ON KITCHENER HOSPICE
KITCHENER - Construction is under way at a new residential hospice in south Kitchener, with about a third of the needed funds still to be raised.
"Every donation is important and everyone can contribute in some way," said Jackie Hatherly-Martin, chair of the capital campaign council.
